How long are lease terms?
All leases are issued for a one-year term unless otherwise stated in writing.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are not included. Tenants are responsible for establishing and maintaining utilities as required by the lease.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How are maintenance requests handled? (High value)
Maintenance requests must be submitted in writing as outlined in the lease agreement. Emergency situations should be handled by contacting emergency services first, then notifying management as soon as practicable.
Is renter’s insurance required? (Strongly recommended)
Renter’s insurance is strongly recommended. The property’s insurance does not cover tenant personal property, and coverage responsibilities are outlined in the rental lease.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
Smoking is prohibited in all rental properties owned by Galindo Property Partners, LLC, as outlined in the rental lease.
Are short-term or subleases permitted?
Subleasing, short-term rentals, or assignment of the lease are not permitted, as outlined in the rental lease.
How many occupants are allowed?
Occupancy limits are set by the lease and applicable regulations and are reviewed during the application process.
Is laundry available on-site?
All properties include washer and dryer hookups. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washer and dryer.
What are the applicant qualification requirements?
All adults residing in the home are required to submit an application. Applicants must demonstrate:
Good rental history
A clean background check
What is the application process?
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, all prospective tenants must first complete a free prequalification application before scheduling a viewing. If the prequalification is accepted and you choose to proceed, a standard rental application and application fee will be required for tenant screening.
